I'm kind of surprised to see that name. Formally, it's JetForm. We
used to be a JetForm shop, but then it sort of became defunct
(underwent a few changes of name and/or management and/or ownership;
eventually wound up at Adobe, but Adobe never seemed very
IBM-i-friendly, or even very IBM-i-aware) and we migrated to DocPath.

Apparently, Adobe still "supports" some Adobe-branded successor to
JetForm, but will cease doing so after June of this year. DocOrigin
considers itself the official "New JetForm" (it boasts two of the four
JetForm cofounders and several key JetForm developers).
I could have sworn I read somewhere (years ago) that DocPath also has
or had some talent from JetForm, but I can't find it now. In any
event, DocPath's technology is such that it provides a very smooth
migration path from JetForm.
