there exists a CSV file will all the PTFs by version:

should be real easy to extract what you are looking for
(except for 5733OPS which I did not see in the listings)

Some more digging found this URL:

the last portion with the PTF group name.

I will ask IBM if they have a URL with a full list of PTFs, regardless of
whether they are in a group.
