there exists a CSV file will all the PTFs by version:

-V7.1 SF97710-
http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/sline003.nsf/CSVbyNum/SF97710/$File/SF97710.csv

-V7.2 SF97720-
http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/sline003.nsf/CSVbyNum/SF97720/$File/SF97720.csv

should be real easy to extract what you are looking for
(except for 5733OPS which I did not see in the listings)

I should have read the freakin' manual(n1) :-P

Here is the URL for GROUP_PTF_CURRENCY:
http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/sline003.nsf/PSPbyNumL.xml

- n1 http://bit.ly/developerWorks-GROUP_PTF_CURRENCY

Some more digging found this URL:
http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/sline003.nsf/xmlDocs/SF99572 Simply replace
the last portion with the PTF group name.

I will ask IBM if they have a URL with a full list of PTFs, regardless of
whether they are in a group.
