The one Buck is using isn't. I have the same one - it's definitely
compiled and packaged up by Scott Klement for free on his site:

There are other versions (such as the one on Perzl that Justin linked
to in the first place), which are almost certainly more recent. But
I'm not aware of any from IBM.
The one from Scott is specifically compiled for PASE, so you know it
runs on the i exactly as-is. I haven't tried the Perzl one (or any
other AIX one).
