Possible, but if you know certain users are doing it,
and management refuses to do anything about it,
or you are the management and they're just disrespecting you,
then it just might be possible that you have a personnel issue that you
are trying to solve with a technical tool.
However, to answer your question, I've written command exit programs but
none for the commands you've mentioned.
On another note, I see that SQL has some librarian services like
QSYS2.LIBRARY_LIST_INFO. I wonder if they'll add more to manipulate
library lists?
I wonder what APIs are used by the library list commands, (just in case
one wants to bypass the library list commands)?
