5251 is *the only terminal* capable of supporting a flowerpot !

adding some memories for old time sake..

We had several Twinax lines running through the production floor and
warehouse ceilings with only minor problems,
but when a 1000 yards underground Twinax line developed errors we had to
call IBM CEs that attached some special equipment to the line and found
that the problem was at a distance of 700 yards along the line (luckily it
was right in a manhole)

Those were the days (or so we used to think)

Well, one good thing about the 5251 was that it was the only terminal
capable of blowing raspberries at the users.

We had a 5294 go bad. We replaced it with a 5251 mod 12. They loved the
downgrade because now they had a terminal next to their printer.
