Because I don't have access to their PC?
Because it's our auditors and I'd at least like them to start out in the
right schema?
I don't suppose there would be a potential of getting something like this
to work:
ADDLNK OBJ('/qsys.lib/erplxf.lib') NEWLNK('/qsys.lib/dummy.lib')
CPFA0AD - Function not supported by file system.
qsys.lib support proxy commands. Why not proxy libraries?

Rob,
I doubt you'd get the DCR through. Defaulting the schema to the user name
is a SQL standard as I understand it.
Why not just the up the default on the connection property?

I connect using the old iNav.
My list of schemas only shows QGPL.
I execute the old Run SQL Scripts
values current schema
returns DUMMY
It did this on my first attempt also. BEFORE I created the library
the job description and set the user profile to that job description.
CRTUSRPRF USRPRF(DUMMY) CURLIB(ERPLXF)
Documentation says: The initial value of CURRENT SCHEMA is the
authorization ID of the current session user. You've got to be freaking
kidding me!

So, to get an initial default schema of ERPLXF I have to name the userdo
ERPLXF?
I just want to default people's initial ODBC connection and not have to
a SET SCHEMA.change
Would this break anything of y'all if I submit a DCR to get IBM to
this to the user profiles Current library?list
