Rob,

I'm kinda stuck with a few users (one of which is my wife)
who occasionally call during the day (sometimes at night)
and I have to do this without any connection.
We should consider the online meeting thing. Makes sense.

I tend to agree with Chuck.
The people I work with use a PDF of my instructions. They copy/paste the
commands.
WRKMBRPDM MYLIB/MYFILE ORD*
is easier for them to copy and paste than the step through.

If I have to go to extremes we use an online meeting server (hosted by IBM

in the cloud).
