I have downloaded to the IBM i, but only after going to the ESS website selecting 5733OPS then selecting the HTTP download option.
I then used "wget" to download the ISO image.

Not trying to skirt any licensing, but since it is a "free" optional product you should be able to SAVLICPGM from a system take it with you to RSTLICPGM.

just remember to get all the PTFs and prerequisite software
