These sorts of things. Probably not insurmountable. Much like once we
upgrade "backup" and switch to it, "primary" doesn't come back up until
it's upgraded also.

PowerHA implies IASP. Only the IASP can be switched from one system to
another.
You still have SYSBASE disks on all systems in the PowerHA cluster. And
