That was our Power 6 to Power 8 upgrade. That was the last time we used a
physical I_BASE_01.

Since then I've powered down all lpars, upgraded firmware and IPL'd the
whole darn frame so none of that will clear it.

Now, if I had written this I would be pouring through the code behind
WRKOPTVOL and find out where the blazes it is finding I_BASE_01.

? DLTLICPGM media and storage extensions?

Since this is a BRMS controlling machine I can't see that on my "win
friends and influence people" list.
