I don't have my machine with me at the moment, however there should be a key
between the left ctrl key and the spacebar labeled Func or something
similar. Hold that key while pressing F1-F12 (As I recall, it does not need
to be held in conjunction with shift+Fx-but I might be confused with the HP
I used to have.)
There is a setting that can reverse the keys so they work like normal Fx
keys w/o holding the Func key. If I have time this evening I will take a
look, but it promises to be a busy evening.
