The linux command file will identify it as a savf file.
kevin@MN207-Kubuntu:~/Downloads$ file movsavf.savf
movsavf.savf: IBM OS/400 save file data
The jSAVF utility will tell you whats in the file, but the display is in
French. Pretty easy to figure out however.
