And when we did get such feedback, it usually listed the "known" speakers,
such as Scoot, Larry, and Jon (not to slight Susan, of course). When I was
an APM, we had to go out and recruit new speakers, such as Roger Pence, who
had written but never spoken.

COMMON does that each and every time at every event with the evaluation
forms.


Almost no one fills them out and it's extremely rare that a suggestion is
actually put in.

I know I'd love to see more new people presenting! Part of that is
