Thanks Mark.
I have resolved the problem. It was a data issue in the file i was testing
in the WHEN clause.
The trigger logic is coded in SQL and calls a stored procedure (QSNDDTAQ).
I played around with the WHEN clause until I found my issue.

I have created an SQL Trigger that I feel should be calling a stored
procedure on selected conditions, but it is not doing it.
