I've been known to use the WRKLNK method on lpars without development
tools. Most of our lpars have no development tools to discourage any
development done there versus on the development lpar.

2 to edit works totally different between the 2 though. :-)

Well, they actually work quite similarly, if the content is not
something that SEU provides special support for. I can put Python
source code in either source members or stream files, and using SEU or
EDTF is just about the same either way.
