The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Unfortunate sentence break in there. Let's join these two back together
If PTF 5770999-MF99008 is not Permanently applied,
nor superseded by a Permanently applied PTF,
The key words being "Permanently applied"
PTF
ID Status
MF99011 Save file only
MF99010 Permanently applied
MF99009 Permanently applied
MF99008 Permanently applied
MF99007 Permanently applied
...
Something very odd on your system. Figuring it is a 7.1 lpar, and I
looked at one of our remaining 7.1 lpars, and I see:
Product ID/PTF ID . . . . . . . . . . : 5770999 MF99008
Release . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : V7R1M0
You seem to be missing the line
PTF status . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : Permanently applied
Odd. I wonder if they changed this behavior with some PTF yet to be
applied on your system?
Do you have this SQL service yet?
SELECT PTF_IDENTIFIER, PTF_LOADED_STATUS
FROM qsys2.ptf_info
WHERE PTF_IDENTIFIER ='MF99008'
....+....1....+....2....+....3....+
PTF_IDENTIFIER PTF_LOADED_STATUS
MF99008 PERMANENTLY APPLIED
