Got 20 hits searching 7.1 APARs for SQL0443. Some of them were to enable
the ability to gather more information.

Got 76 hits searching 7.1 PTF's for SQL0443. Apparently some 7.2 APARs
were ptf'd back to 7.1. One of them included the ptf shown on my service
program.
