IIRC, WRKLNK, RST, SAV, etc. came out with V3R1.

Tried to find out when the command WRKLNK came out. Along with the whole
"Integrated File System" buzz.

Even V4R1 supported Domino, java, QNTC, NFS, etc. Had to be sooner than
that.

I believe it has it's roots (pun) in the S/36 where it supported
documents for OV. (If you don't know what OV is then you don't care. :-) )
