I want to download the latest Cume, Groups, Hyper fixes directly to my
system.
</snip>

When you go to Fix Central there is an option to use FTP. Select that.
After awhile you will get an email which looks something like:
...
page after page
...
DOWNLOAD USING THE FTP COMMAND FROM OS/400
Select this method only if you will be using image catalogs.
In the example below, the directory is named "fixes".
You must store the files in a path within the "root" (/)
directory in IFS.
ftp "delivery01-bld.dhe.ibm.com"
...

While it says "OS/400" it also works on IBM i.

If you see commands like:
ftp> binary
ftp> get CUME710_1.bin
ftp> get CUME710_2.bin
simply replace the individual "get" commands with
mget *.bin
