Yes, Filezilla works fine with the info given.

Does not connect using telnet

I did the following command
open 104.238.165.111 21
Message received: Failed to connect

Also tried
telnet 104.238.165.111 21
Got a telnet window with message "220 104.238.165.111 FTP server ready"
I typed status, and got the 550 SSL/TLs required on the control channel

Thank you
Art Duarte

Can you ftps from a PC with filezilla or some other ftp client? Can you telnet to the ftps port from windows and get a connection?

What are you specifying for the PORT parameter on the FTP command?

It may be best if you sent the entire command and job log.

Greetings,

I am getting the following error

No ciphers available or specified.

When I try the FTP command on the i, using SECCNN(*SSL) option.

Of note, I am able to FTP using SSL to three different locations
without
a
problem. This new connection is for another client that is now doing
secure
FTP. I have installed the CA in the System Store using DCM.

Any ideas on how I can get past this error?

Thank you
