What are you specifying for the PORT parameter on the FTP command?

It may be best if you sent the entire command and job log.

Of note, I am able to FTP using SSL to three different locations
without a problem. This new connection is for another client that is
now doing secure FTP. I have installed the CA in the System Store using DCM.

Any ideas on how I can get past this error?
