I love it when they whine that the darn vendor treats their paying
customers better than the ones who haven't written them a check in years.
They seem to think that's so wrong. They don't understand why the vendor
doesn't give those who haven't kept up a huge break and just penalize the
paying customers. Then they complain that the vendor treats their
customers bad. Excuse me? You haven't written them a check in years -
what makes you a customer?
