Expanding on Larry's point would be saying there's a difference between
mypccmd -x -y -z
and having that truncated to
mypccmd
with no error being sent back to STRPCCMD.
I'm not sure how STRPCCMD handles the truncation.
from the help:

Error messages for STRPCCMD
None

Which is kind of a lie because IWS4008 pops to mind "Hey dummy do STRPCO
first".

But an invalid command, after running STRPCO, fails to send an exception
to STRPCCMD.
