Our *ix folks have deployed
http://www.lpar2rrd.com/ in our shop. It collects info from all the Power CECs and produces some very nice graphical displays. The best part is it's free.

I've yet to see what the charts might look like.
I tried clicking on fig 1-3 at

but they were too small and blurred to be of use.
It's supposed to be able to do IBM i, AIX, VIOS, etc.
