First, what kind of webservice and what kind of result set?

For example, I have CGIDEV2 webservices that return JSON.

is there any way that give me the possibilty that a Web Service that run on
As400 return a Result Set ?
for example: i call a Web service asking to return the all my customers that are located in NY state
