Haven't got there yet. Other work to do.

Ed W. got me turned on to FileZilla. Will that work for you?

That being true there are times when IBM's website goes bat.... crazy. For
example, yesterday I could no longer get into service requests from FF but
I could get there from IE. I stopped and started FF to no avail. I just
restarted my PC but I am still getting:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

Cookie

Even if I try to step through IBM's flaming logo's instead of going direct
I end up with that error when I click on
http://www.ibm.com/support/servicerequest

This eventually fails also
http://www.ibm.com/us/en/
Support & downloads
Technical support
Service requests & PMRs
http://www.ibm.com/support/servicerequest/Home.action?lnk=msdTS-srap-usen

I suppose I'll get some reply that I need to toss my cookies. (innuendo
intended)

That's bizarre. I can't get to it with Chrome, IE, or FF. Same error,
not
available.

From the product home page at

http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/power/software/i/access/solutions.html

if I click on the QuickStartGuide or GettingStarted hyperlinks, both
error
out saying "This webpage is not available." Can anyone confirm?

The QuickStartGuide URL is

ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/as400/products/clientaccess/solutions/QuickStartG

uide_en.html

Thanks.
