Greetings! Yes, Python is VERY close to being approved and shipped as
part of the 5733OPS product for IBM i. The PTFs should be approved within
the next couple of days. I will post again once it is done.

You can also watch the Open Source Developer works site for details, that
also will be updated very soon.
