LAN Console is not a simple 5250 thing. It's a separate program. I assume
it's included in the new java version of Client Access but it uses TCPIP
with a special certificate (internal stuff) to bind that specific machine
to a QCONSOLE device. I haven't used the new java stuff but i'm positive
tn5250 or x5250 solutions will NOT work for LAN Console. (normal 5250
sessions should be fine)
