Unacceptable.

Add:
APPLY AT NEXT IPL

to the current options of:
UPDATE AVAILABLE
INSTALLED LEVEL IS CURRENT

If a group is both "APPLY AT NEXT IPL" and "UPDATE AVAILABLE" display
"UPDATE AVAILABLE". This way I know to order it. But in my case I'm
already at level 5 so there is no update available.

I just put on groups last week for our upcoming downtime and I want to
know if IBM's refreshed that list. Now I have to do it manually!
