Sarcasm duly noted, but if you read a little more carefully, you'll
see Dana *is* proposing a business case, of sorts. For some (granted,
not too many) companies, "expanded use or a larger pool of talent
available" is sufficient justification.
It's definitely speculative, and even if it pans out, the gains would
likely be in the longer term; so it won't appeal to the risk-averse or
impatient. But that kind of long-view risk-taking does sometimes pay
off. Sometimes.
