not wanting to start a whining thread, but....
I have had very good luck with the product, that said most of my
problems revolve around how the copy/paste works.
i've opened several PMR's and have to open another one when I get a few
minutes to explain it.
most are how the old windows product and the java client handles pasting
into fields and such. Also a problem with having a "tab" character pasted.
