Yes a receiver can be listed as saved. But that doesn't necessarily mean
it was saved after it was done being written to. You want those with a
detached date/time earlier than the saved date/time.
To get a list of receivers and whether or not they've been saved, after
completion, you could try this api:
Retrieve Journal Receiver Information (QjoRtvJrnReceiverInformation) API
in combination with one of the list object API's or some such thing.
I've submitted a request for a new IBM DB2 for i service which will allow
you to query journal receivers for items like detached date/time, saved
date/time, etc. Kind of in the genre of
