Hope this gets resolved for you. Thank you for keeping us posted. One thing nice about back before the drives were rip and replace was that as you adapted to new technology you often replaced the whole units and started out fresh. But 3573's and 3576's keep adapting to newer drives. Back when we started out having so many problems with 3570's it was nice to replace it with a 3590. I think we did that one more to get rid of the 3570 than to take advantage of the newer speed/size. We actually couldn't come close to driving that 3590 at rated speed until we upgraded the iSeries (or whatever the name was at that time). Rob Berendt
