The QRNX* ones are service programs for the RPG runtime. QLEAWI is a service program with some general ILE functions and APIs. The system and the RPG compiler automatically add some binding directories to your compile so you don't have to worry about the RPG runtime service programs or most of the service programs that have the bound APIs.
