Outside of a tool, there is no IBM supplied command to do this.
What I have done is to set my library list so that it contains all of the
possible program libraries and do a DSPPGMREF PGM(*USRLIBL/*ALL) to an
output file and then use SQL to query it.
The program name is in the File Name field and the program calling it is in
the Program Name field.
