The job description uses the library list settings. DSPJOBD QDFTJOBD displays all the properties but the library list. You have to press Enter a second time to see the library list.

question, there is 'routing data' on the QDFTJOBD is this where lib can be set?

good point,. it's submitted but in a very old report writer package
but i wasn't thinking there because what this is, we migrated off of
VARSITY Shipping libs and those files have been removed from all lib
lists except in this case here.

so this one report is failing i presume when trying to add varsity
libs which have been deleted.
