Mark, for that to work he has to configure his user as the responsible for
that machine and contract. That doesnt happen that fast, it's faster to
start the call and then for the next time configure everything to open it
via web.
I needed a firefox or something package for AIX IIRC and the site took so
long to update an IBMer sent me a direct link after verifying the client's
entitlement status...
