Don't look at the devices. I agree that they match. Do check the OUTQ's
and the writers..
I'll bet he one that isn't processing the copies is configured as a
remote outq and has been started with STRRMTWTR

I don't know if the printers firmwares are the same, the customer says
they
were purchased at the same time but that doesn't mean anything.

this isn't the case for us.
