Good point. Jack, try giving the printer that works the IP address of the
one that doesn't, and see if it still works properly.

One other question - do these printers have internal Ethernet cards, or do
they use Jet Direct boxes as the interface to the network?

They are both setup as real Devices, not remote outqueues. I've compared
the device configs, they are identical.
