getting an error when installing a client access service pack on a windows
7 64 bit PC.
error 2721.Custom action CWBVerifyPrerequisite64 not found in Binary table

I get the client access from the IBM i Access service pack site.

the install exe file I am running is: SI55797_32.exe

And I did install the windows security fixes that the service pack said
were needed.

This install worked on a window 8 pc. Why the problem on windows 7?
