When I sign into our IBM Blade Center and Select Blade Tasks | Power/Restart | Select blade, the management Network column contains a red circle with an x in its center. When selecting this circle the property and value table appears:

Although the blade is online, the internal network is preventing me from communicating with the blade server. Can someone recommend a way to remedy this issue?
