My HMC called in on itself.
E212E121
Explanation
Licensed Internal Code failure on the Hardware Management Console (HMC).
Response
DASD Alert: partition's usage exceeds threshold. i.e. low on free DASD
Error reason = percent in use scaled by 10.

One of the file systems exceeded it's threshold. Seems to be a log file
system. How does one purge this?

Used a putty client to the HMC.
