Well if you actually found an iSeries 720 new that's a miracle as they stopped making those in the last century! It's more probable that you have a Power System with IBM i that's a model 720.

As for the API error this is telling you that the IBM i netserver was configured to use Kerberos authentication. That term is synonymous with "Network Authentication". Normally it will not let you select that unless it IS configured. However if you are restoring things from another system without doing a full restore it is possible to end up this way.

To correct it you can either configure network authentication on the server *OR* you can go into properties of the NetServer and un-select Network authentication.
