As a hint to relative newbies on how to find things like these commands, Gary and others could use this command -

GO CMDAUT

This will take us to a menu of all commands related to authority - it's at least a starting point.

There are menus for all kinds of commands - just put some component of a command, such as FIL or OBJ or SET or whatever - put that after GO CMD

There's a top-level menu - GO MAJOR, as well as GO VERB and GO SUBJECT - the authority commands are in the latter.
