Yes, you can modify the authorities with either command (WRKOBJ, option 2 is
just EDTOBJAUT)
BTW: for purposes of the archives you might want to include the response I
gave so it's more clear to other folks.

Not totally clear what you are asking/trying to do, but maybe EDTOBJAUT
OBJ(objname) OBJTYPE(*FILE)? F11=Display detail object authorities. All the
object authority fields are now editable, Use F1 in any of the fields for
more info.
Or WRKOBJ , then 2=Edit authority.
