the other option is to find out what it's doing.
For example if it compares a file for unflagged records and posts them
(and then flags them as posted) you could skip this job and just put a
trigger on it. Lot less processor intensive.
Failing any "out of the box" thinking then maybe the powers that be will
approve AJS, or if they really have a ton of money they need to spend
before year end (and perpetual maintenance), some Robot product.
