So called - yes, multitenancy is not that big issue on IBM i, but
(back to the original question) every answer to that question would
start with „it depends“.
As we do not know about the details, the requirements and the environment,
we cannot answer. There is no „tool“ - ok, there is IBM i, to be
combined with knowledge, plan and effort.

In our DC we have machines with 20 LPARs hosted, other machines with
single LPARs and hundreds of programmers. The latter one is kind
of multitenant - but if a customer comes with some slight security requirements,
most of them start asking for „dedicated“...

We also have LPARs with multiple *SECOFR for customers, but these
evironments are not production ones.

customers can't have a *SECADM or *SECOFR class user. Those are reserved
for the hosting company.
