What if it was Windows or something else? Would you ask that same
question? Think "cloud". Are these people going to have access to tools
like Query and what not? I suspect not. Probably some web interface to
create a download file or some such thing.

There is a success story available on IBM i about a major financial
interest with numerous, numerous people hosting their businesses on one
single lpar. They looked at separate lpars but with the numbers they have
the cost of maintenance would have been prohibitive. (Think putting PTF's
on a several dozen lpars. Upgrading OS. Performing HA switching to
complete hardware maintenance, etc).

I can't think of that company but I recently read of them on line and I
have some work to do.
