I wonder if there should be a YEAR_ISO function.

The VARCHAR_FORMAT function will return among other information the WEEK
according ISO guidelines as well as the appropriate YEAR of WEEK according
the ISO guidelines:

Values(VarChar_Format(YourTimestamp, 'IYYY/IW') --> Returns the ISO Year and
the week according ISO guidelines in the Format YYYY/WW.
Values(VarChar_Format(YourTimestamp, 'IYYY') --> Only returns the year for
the ISO week.

I wonder if there should be a YEAR_ISO function.

Keep in mind that it's possible to have dates with two different calendar
years in the same WEEK_ISO. 2014-12-31 and 2015-01-01 for example.
And it's possible to have two WEEK_ISO from totally different years like
WEEK_ISO 1 from 1997 and WEEK_ISO 1 from 2015.

I was thinking of grouping over more than one year.
... where WEEK_ISO=x and YEAR_ISO=y...
kind of thing.
