The first sentence on the home page (http://mmail.easy400.net/) does
mention receiving:

Granted, the receiving part probably refers to the very last item on
the page (http://mmail.easy400.net/mmailp/intro.pgm#topicF), labeled
"15. WEBMail", which is a utility called AMailer. I can't say much
about it; we don't use it.
